Emilia Pérez a fost pelicula care a devenit marea câştigătoare la Globul de Aur 2025, adjundecându-şi patru premii. Filmul ”Brutalist” a câştigat trei premii, în timp ce filme foarte nominalizate precum ”Conclave” şi ”Anora” au plecat acasă cu mâinile goale.
La categoria TV, drama istorică japoneză Shogun a obţinut patru premii, iar Baby Reindeer a luat două.
Actorul american de origine română Sebastian Stan a câştigat primul său Glob de Aur, pentru rolul din „A Different Man”. În discursul de acceptare a premiului, artistul le-a mulţumit echipei sale şi celei a filmului, dar şi părinţilor săi şi a încheiat alocuţiunea spunând în limba română ”România, te iubesc”.
